Law Enforcement Training Specialist | Master Instructor | Chaplain | Senior Minister

Dr. Keith Warner and his wife, Crystal joined our church family in 2025.

Dr. Keith Allen Warner is a seasoned educator, law enforcement professional, and ordained minister with over three decades of multidisciplinary experience spanning criminal justice, ministry, military service, and adult education. He currently serves as a Law Enforcement Training Specialist at the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy, where he leads Instructor Development and the Sexual Assault Investigators Course, and teaches on topics such as human behavior, addictions, Alzheimer’s, and dementia.

Dr. Warner is a Master Instructor certified by the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy, an FTO (Field Training Officer), a STOPS (Strategies and Tactics of Patrol Stops) Instructor, and a graduate of the Reid School of Interrogation. His instructional approach blends tactical expertise with compassionate leadership, equipping officers to serve with integrity, insight, and professionalism.

He holds a Doctorate in Congregational Leadership and a Master of Divinity from Lincoln Christian University, as well as a Bachelor’s in Bible and Ministry from St. LouisChristian College. He is also a Chaplain and Clinical Pastoral Counselor, bringing a pastoral heart to his work in both sacred and secular settings.

A veteran of both the U.S. Army National Guard and the U.S. Air Force, Dr. Warner has served as a pastor in five states and currently leads First Community Church in Lebanon, Indiana. His teaching is marked by clarity, relevance, and a deep commitment to developing leaders who make a difference.
